The grapes are picked at perfect maturity and are rapidly pressed at a low temperature. The alcoholic fermentation lasts about 1 week between the temperatures of 16 and 20° C.
This wine has a clear and shinny colour with golden hues.
The nose is very expressive offering a large range of aromas such as citrus fruits, peach and acacia. Light buttery hints.
Round and supple in mouth, the wine reveals powerful notes of citrus fruits and white flowers.
Serve as an aperitif, with fish, poultry or cheese.
