The grapes are picked at perfect maturity, and then ferment for 6 to 12 weeks. The fermentation temperature is controlled so it never exceeds 32°C. The wine is then filtered and bottled.
Shinny purple with ruby hues.
Powerful and complex with red fruit aromas, enhanced by peppery notes.
Full attack of jammy red fruits. Round and easy to drink.
