RESERVE SYRAH MALBEC

80 % Syrah and 20 % Malbec

Grand Sud Reserve is a blend between two varietal: Syrah, a typical grape from the south of France giving fruitiness and intensity to the wine and Malbec which brings spiciness and structure. For this special cuvee we select only the greatest vineyards which will give the best quality of wine.

The grapes are picked at a perfect maturity, then are de-stemmed, crushed and left to ferment for 6 to 12 days. The fermentation temperature mustn’t exceed 32 °c. The wine is in contact with wood for a short period of time in order to give light tannins and more complexity. It is then filtered and bottled.
